Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 September 2026

1. About Ada

Ada is a contextual voice-intelligence and dictation product operated under the Vairever brand. These terms apply to the Ada software, website, accounts, cloud services, and related features.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials and recovery material, and using Ada only through accounts and devices you are authorized to control.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use Ada to violate applicable law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, abuse billing or refund systems, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, devices, infrastructure, or data.

4. Plans and subscriptions

Ada may offer free and paid plans. Paid plan pricing, billing interval, included features, taxes, and renewal information are shown before purchase. Subscription features may change over time, but material changes will not be used to misrepresent what was purchased.

5. Paddle is the Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides billing-related customer service and handles returns and refunds under applicable Paddle policies and law.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel a paid subscription through the available subscription-management flow. Cancellation stops future renewals; access to paid features generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless a refund, chargeback, policy action, or applicable law requires otherwise.

7. Software updates

Ada may provide signed software and model updates for security, reliability, compatibility, performance, and product improvements. Some updates may be required to continue using online services safely.

8. Availability and changes

Ada is an evolving software service. Features may be added, changed, limited, or discontinued. We aim to avoid unnecessary disruption and will not intentionally present unavailable features as available.

9. Your content

You retain rights in the content you dictate or create. You are responsible for having the right to process and use that content. Ada does not claim ownership of your dictated text or personal vocabulary.

10. Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ada is provided without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Support

Product-support questions can be sent to support@vairever.com. Billing and refund support for Paddle transactions is also available through Paddle's buyer-support channels.

12. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled.
